    Hi, I have been watching your videos for years and have been slowly figuring out the roots of my pain. However, I have been going to physical therapy for a long time now, but I am not getting better at all. One of my symptoms is that I cannot move the right side of my shoulder blades well; most of the time, I cannot even feel them even if I try hard. My right chest muscles are smaller and very tight and irritated all the time. I have a very tense and irritated right armpit and side. When I turn my head to the right, I feel a tense wall from my right neck as if my right levator scapulae is trying to stop it from turning to the right side. My right shoulder blades are stuck out more than my left shoulder blades as well. I have a very stiff left lower back as well. I have been diagnosed with scoliosis. I have had some MRIs on my lower back and right shoulders, where I have inflammation in my right shoulders. I have great difficulty following your exercises because I cannot activate my right shoulder blade well. If you could guide me to what the problem is and recommend some of your videos that may help, I would sincerely appreciate it. Thank you.
